Bimtim Design is a company specialized in creating digital models (Digital Twin – of buildings from an architectural, structural or infrastructure digitalization point of view), following the extraction of the necessary information from a point cloud created by 3D-Lidar laser scanning. We have built our reputation on the quality and accuracy of the “As-Built” documentation we create.

Candidates must have completed at least 12 classes and have experience in one of the following programs: Revit, Topodot or Microstation
Minimum job requirements:
- Romanian citizenship
- knowledge of office packages and PC operation
- experience in working with CAD programs and 3D modeling programs
- knowledge of English, written and spoken
- ability to work both individually and in a team to complete a project
- knowledge of construction/topographic elements
- ability to identify and extract data from a point cloud
(Optional) sharing requirements:
- Experience in Surveying, Design, Construction or Architecture
Job description
We offer a hybrid workplace, in the office and/or from home, as well as flexible working hours.
The positions involve creating digital models after extracting the necessary information from a point cloud.
Working with Autodesk Revit:
- Complete documentation for a project
- Model creation: – 3D As-Built (architecture, structure, installations, furniture, equipment)
- 2D surveys/plans (floor, structure, perimeter, elevation, section)
Working with TopoDOT:
- Topographical surveys for documentation in a situation plan
- Characteristic extractions from the field: – extraction of lines for road and markings, curbs, pavements, sidewalks, parking lots, etc.
- Extraction of objects and inventory elements from the field
- definition of elevations
- delimitation of properties/buildings and their elevations
- longitudinal and transverse road sections
