Our organization is an agency looking for a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Relations Manager (videochat trainer). Your task will be to communicate via text and represent our company to clients worldwide.

The position will include
- Managing accounts on platforms
- Direct mail selling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Consistently achieving sales goals and monitoring daily progress on a spreadsheet
- Communication with models, providing training and motivation
This is a FULL-TIME and COMPLETELY HOME-WORKING position. Fixed daily work schedule, with the possibility to choose between several pre-set shifts.
There is a great chance for upward mobility with our company and to earn more money based on performance. We have an attractive commission and bonus structure. Hourly rates will also increase over time with continued success. Sales or chat experience is a must.
As the team expands, you can take on managerial roles and lead your own team once you fully understand our business.
We are looking for someone enthusiastic, willing to learn and develop, with a positive attitude. Experience in the Onlyfans or Videochat field is preferred, but not required.

We provide in-depth training before you start work and you will also be required to attend company training and read sales materials. A 2 week paid trial period will be in effect.
