Your responsibilities will be:
- Advising clients in a kind, friendly and efficient manner;
- Identifying customers’ needs and expectations, providing them with accurate and complete information regarding the products and services in the Orange portfolio, as well as new technologies;
- Collection for the equivalent value of Orange products and services sold (cash, EPOS transactions)
- Arranging merchandise in the store according to the marketing plan;
- Issue tax invoices, vouchers, freight advice and receipts;
- Proactively collaborates with other members of the sales team.
