We design campaigns that attract, convert and leave a mark in the feed – and we’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to help us raise the fire level even higher.
What will you do (aka your missions)
- Plan & schedule posts for social media (Insta);
- You write short, witty & intentional texts that convert, not just look good;
- You look at what’s performing and come up with ideas, not just reports;
- You collaborate with the content, strategy & design team – we move as one;
- You take initiative. We like you to say, “Hey, what if we did this? ”
You, if
- You have at least 1 year of experience in marketing / social media / digital;
- You write in both Romanian and English like a native (meme culture included);
- You have humor, timing and a head for what catches the eye on the internet;
- You know how to use Excel / Sheets and analysis tools to understand beyond likes;
- Don’t wait for a brief to get started;
- You are organized, but not rigid. Creative, but not chaotic.
