Remote Group is looking for a Senior Full Stack PHP Developer to help us build and evolve web applications (and, in some projects, mobile components) in complex digital ecosystems: CRM/ERP/CMS/SaaS, automations and business platforms with direct impact on customer performance.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain complex web applications using PHP (Laravel), MySQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS (Bootstrap) (Livewire/React – advantage).
- Contribute to application architecture, modularization, scaling and performance improvement (query optimization, caching, indexing).
- Design UI interactions and flows together with the team (UX/PM), with a focus on clarity and speed.
- Create and optimize database structures for advanced functionalities and large data volumes.
- End-to-end delivery: from concept and estimation to implementation, testing, stabilization and iterations.
- Work with Legacy Code: incremental refactoring, documentation, technical risk reduction.
- Support quality standards: code review, best practices, security, maintenance, testing (where applicable).
- Mentor mid/junior colleagues and help with the technical alignment of the team.
What we are looking for
- Solid experience as a Full Stack Developer (senior) or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Laravel, design patterns, data structures, APIs.
- Consistent experience with MySQL (complex queries, large tables, optimization).
- Front-end: JavaScript, HTML, CSS; Bootstrap; React/Livewire – a plus.
- Analytical thinking, ownership, autonomy, clear communication in the team.
- Comfort in existing projects + ability to improve incrementally.
- Nice to have
Docker, CI/CD, automated testing, Redis/queue workers, third-party service integration (payments, SMS, ERP).
Experience with performance optimizations at scale and security (OWASP basics).
