Job description: Accountant
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accountant to manage accounting activities in a company with integrated production and marketing of pumping systems.
The role involves tracking the complete operational flow, from recording raw materials and stock entries, to consumption in production and invoicing of finished products to customers.
You will have a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, the correct management of accounting documents, and the necessary support for monthly closing and reporting to the external accounting firm.
The position is suitable for people with 2-3 years of practical experience, who are results-oriented and responsible, and who want stability and development in an international technical environment.
Experience in stock management and flows, as well as knowledge in accounting systems (Wiz or ERP Priority) is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Entering daily documents into the accounting system (customer and supplier invoices, notices, NIRs, vouchers, receipts, etc.)
- Issuing and registering invoices to internal and external customers
- Recording service invoices from internal and external suppliers.
- Recording goods receipts based on documents received from the warehouse
- Recording and verifying stock movements, participating in inventories.
- Recording daily cash and bank operations, preparing registers and payment orders.
- Tracking payments, including checking/preparing supporting documents, such as transport documents, handover-reception protocols, work reports, etc. in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Collaborating with representatives of technical and sales departments to collect and record financial data
- Compliance with internal procedures regarding document flow and confidentiality.
- Collaboration with external accounting firm for complete and correct submission of documents.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of primary accounting/financial operations experience.
- Higher education in economics.
- Solid knowledge of invoicing, management and accounting documents
- Experience using accounting and management software
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- English language – intermediate level;
- Great attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to quickly resolve discrepancies and work in a team.
