Responsible for customer service by phone and email in Polish and English.
Duties and Responsibilities

- professional management of calls and emails;
- correspondence with customers in a polite manner, ensuring a high degree of their satisfaction;
- providing specific information and advice to clients;
- recording information and changes regarding customer data in the related applications of the job;
- getting familiar with the routine and processing target volumes of requests and calls – discussing complex cases and challenges with the team leader and other designated persons, as well as contributing to improving the quality of the services provided by the team;
- involvement in the development/improvement of operational processes;
- attentive and active participation in the trainings offered by the company;
- compliance with the instructions from the team leader or the management line.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Polish (C1) and English (min. B2).
- Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role is a plus.
- Problem-Solver: You know how to find solutions and tackle challenges head-on.
- Quick Thinker: You can handle a high volume of work and meet deadlines.
- Independent Worker: Able to manage your tasks with little supervision and deliver results.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access.
