GM Studios, a video chat agency based in Constanta, announces a competition for the position of video chat admin/trainer (shift manager).
The position is exclusively for female persons.

Requirements
- nice physical appearance, age 22-35 years
- knowledge of foreign languages, English is a must have
- experience in videochat, as a model, admin or trainer
- the workforce with other female people of the same age and imposing authority
- maximum seriousness and punctuality, without exception.
- the desire to improve and learn from more qualified people.
- availability to work in shifts
- availability to work on weekends
Responsibilities
- model support
- model training
- scheduling interviews with new models
- conducting interviews, selecting and hiring models
- creating administrative photos
- creating model accounts and completing profiles according to specifications
- application of internal regulations
- creating daily or periodic reports
