What does this program entail? Your career at Regina Maria will begin with a 4-week period of learning and professional development, during which you will participate in a series of interactive workshops, and at the end you will be part of our team as a Front Desk Patient Specialist.

What the four weeks of this program look like:
- You start your program at 09:00 and end it at 17:30;
- In the first 3 weeks you participate in interactive workshops with our specialists, and in the last week you put the acquired skills into practice;
- Upon completion of the program, you will be prepared to start your career at Regina Maria.

What comes next after the 4-week training program?… You will play a role in the receptions at our locations and will:
- Greets patients and visitors with a warm attitude;
- Guide patients to medical offices;
- Take phone calls and direct them according to the interlocutor’s request;
- Kindly provide the requested information;
- Collect the value of medical services.
