Languages spoken Customer Care Agent with Italian & French – Roadside Assistance (RSA)
About the Role:
Join Allianz Partners’ Road Mobility team and be the lifeline for customers facing roadside emergencies like breakdowns, accidents, or other issues preventing their journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Front Office: Handle inbound calls, gather details, and organize immediate roadside assistance.
- Back Office: Coordinate emergency transport, communicate with partners, and manage follow-ups.
- Follow-Up & Social Calls: Arrange extra services like car rentals or vehicle repatriation and check on customers to ensure ongoing support.
Training & Support:
- Comprehensive 4-6 months training with hands-on practice and close trainer guidance.
- Continuous development after training with dedicated support.
Working Hours:
- Shifts between 08:00–23:00, Monday to Sunday .
- Night shifts and weekend work after training and skill mastery.
- Flexible schedules set with your team leader.
What We’re Looking For:
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends once trained.
- Advanced French & Italian level – minimum C1 (writing, speaking, reading)
- Customer-focused and teamwork-oriented mindset.
- Calm and professional in emergency situations.
