About the Role:

Join Allianz Partners’ Road Mobility team and be the lifeline for customers facing roadside emergencies like breakdowns, accidents, or other issues preventing their journey.

What You’ll Do:

  • Front Office: Handle inbound calls, gather details, and organize immediate roadside assistance.
  • Back Office: Coordinate emergency transport, communicate with partners, and manage follow-ups.
  • Follow-Up & Social Calls: Arrange extra services like car rentals or vehicle repatriation and check on customers to ensure ongoing support.

Training & Support:

  • Comprehensive 4-6 months training with hands-on practice and close trainer guidance.
  • Continuous development after training with dedicated support.

Working Hours:

  • Shifts between 08:00–23:00, Monday to Sunday .
  • Night shifts and weekend work after training and skill mastery.
  • Flexible schedules set with your team leader.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends once trained.
  • Advanced French & Italian level – minimum C1 (writing, speaking, reading)
  • Customer-focused and teamwork-oriented mindset.
  • Calm and professional in emergency situations.
